1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We take quality seriously, but in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, you can request a replacement or refund.

๐Ÿ“Œ Conditions for Claiming a Replacement or Refund:
โœ” Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
โœ” Provide unboxing videos and clear images of:

The defective product.
The original packaging and courier cover.
โœ” If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

๐Ÿšซ Note: If there is no unboxing video and we cannot verify the issue, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

2. Exchanges & Returns for Wrong Size Orders
If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange a product without any defects, you can place a new order at your own expense.

โœ” To verify size discrepancies, send product images with measurements for review.
โœ” Make sure to check our size guide before placing an order.

3. Items Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund once the shipping provider confirms the lost status.

Important Notes
๐Ÿ“Œ If the package is damaged upon delivery, please mention it in the courierโ€™s remark while signing for the package. This will help in processing claims.

๐Ÿ“Œ If the package is damaged while opening with sharp objects (scissors, blades, etc.), we will not be able to offer a replacement. Please unbox carefully and record a video while opening your package.
